Gustavo Fleichman, founding partner, has more than twenty-five years of experience practicing law. He has held legal executive positions in telecommunications and oil and gas companies, representing these sectors through guilds and industry associations.

As an executive, he was General Secretary at Telefônica in Brazil for five years, until May 2011; Legal Director at Telemar/Oi; Legal VP at Shell of Brazil; Legal General Manager at Cia. Brasileira de Petróleo Ipiranga. He also worked as an Associated Lawyer at Bulhões Pedreira e Bulhões de Carvalho Law Firm in Rio de Janeiro.

In his institutional work, he was Legal Director at Sindicato das Empresas de Telecomunicações – Sinditelebrasil (Brazil’s National Union of Fixed and Mobile Telecom Companies) at the time of its foundation. He had great participation in the Sindicato das Distribuidoras de Combustíveis – SINDICOM (Brazil’s National Fuel Distributors Union), where he acted as Legal VP, fighting against the illegal trade of fuels.

He was a Section Adviser at the Bar Association Rio de Janeiro Section from January 2004 to December 2006 and Section Advisor to the Bar Association São Paulo Section, from January 2009 to December 2011.

Julio Wehrs Fleichman is an attorney with strong experience in corporate and contract law, as well as in corporate litigation.

He worked at Leoni Siqueira Advogados (2011 to 2015), where he specialized in corporate transactions and in administrative proceedings before CVM (Brazilian Securities Exchange Commission).

At Andrade & Fichtner Advogados (2005 to 2008) and Basílio Advogados (2008 to 2010) he represented clients in complex judicial disputes.

Holds a Law degree from Cândido Mendes University (2008), an LLM degree from the Northwestern University School of Law (2011) and a Business Management Certificate from the Kellogg School of Management (2011).

Received, by appointment of the student and administrative body of Northwestern University School of Law, the SBA LLM/K Leadership Award, 2011.

Rosinei Silvestre Libano graduated from São Judas Tadeu University in 1996 and post-graduated in Corporate and Economy Law from FGV/SP in 2002. She also holds an MBA degree in finance from INSPER/SP (2007).

With over fifteen years of experience in corporate law, contract law and capital markets, she participated in public offerings, issuance of securities, debentures, promissory notes and in M&A transactions.

She started her career in Banco Bradesco S.A., where she worked in the capital market’s department (1994-1999), having also worked in Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria Brasil S.A. (1999-2001) and in reputable law firms, such as Barbosa, Müssnich & Aragão Advogados (2001-2007), Tozzini Freire Advogados (2007-2008) and MHM Advogados (2009-2013).

Roberta Costa Haddad has a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2016, and is currently obtaining a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Before joining Fleichman Advogados, worked at Dias e Pamplona Advogados (2014-2015), with corporate law, contracts and compliance.
